My lyrics are not synced

Import an .lrc or .srt file, or open the Sync tool and tap along on each line while the song plays.

I bought a render, where is it?

Each purchase credits one render in the chosen quality, or the stated number of renders for a pack (Settings → Render credits, with your credit history). A credit is only used when the export completes: if an export fails, it stays available.

How do packs work?

A pack credits several renders of the same quality, for less than single renders. It is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no account. Credits never expire. They are stored on your device (in your browser on the web): they cannot be restored after reinstalling or moved to another device, and a .lymk backup does not hold them.

What is the song pass?

A paid export, which uses a credit, then covers the same song for 7 days, in every format (16:9, 9:16, square, portrait, clips for TikTok, Reels and Shorts) and at the same or a lower quality: those exports use no credit. The song is recognized by its audio file. Active passes, with their song and end date, are listed in Settings → Render credits → History.

I bought a render on the website

On the web, payment is processed by Stripe through RevenueCat and the receipt is sent to the email address entered at checkout. The credit is stored in the browser used for the purchase: export from that browser and do not clear the site data (it is not available in another browser or in the iOS and Android apps). If it does not show up, open Settings → Restore web purchases; otherwise email us with the order number from the receipt. As the render is delivered as soon as you buy it, the right of withdrawal does not apply (see the terms); an unused credit stays available.

Export is slow

4K 60 fps exports are demanding: keep the app in the foreground and the device plugged in. A clip exports faster than the whole song.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Everything stays on your device (or in your browser), with no account. Only the online lyrics lookup sends the song’s title, artist, album and duration to LRCLIB; you can turn it off in Settings. The app also downloads the public template catalog from lyrmake.dashsystem.co, sending nothing about you — see the privacy policy.

How do I get my projects on another device?

Export a .lymk file: long-press a project → “Export project file (.lymk)”, or Settings → Backup → “Back up all my projects”. A project file holds its settings, lyrics and media; a backup also holds “My styles” and your artist kit (not your credits). Save it wherever you like (Files, Drive, AirDrop…), then open it in Lyrmake on iPhone, Android or the web: the arrow icon next to + at the top of the Projects tab (“Import a .lymk file”), Settings → Backup → “Restore / import a .lymk file”, “Open with Lyrmake”, or drag and drop on the web. The file is checked before anything is imported, and a project already on the device is never overwritten.
